Made with 100% cotton, they are not slippery and will stay in your hair. The background is a light blue with subtle stars and a lovely little rainbow. The elastic measures app 6" so they are tight enough to hold your hair in place but are not so tight you can't wear them on your wrist. They are machine washable.

Refunds will not be given for items that are shipped to incorrect addresses at the buyer's error, or for items that are not picked up once delivered or stolen by porch pirates (or any other kind of pirate). Born Under Leo will not issue refunds for items that are not taken care of (I mean, love your things and treat them well) or that are incorrectly laundered.
